          Although Lerner & Lerner and LernerMedia bring diverse international expertise to book, media, and film projects, we remain a family-owned company. Whilst embracing the diverse technologies of the digital revolution, we strive to maintain our focus on strong working relationships with our colleagues and clients.

          Using an array of collaborative technologies that allow colleagues to operate globally, our colleagues include accomplished and globally recognized scientists, teachers, skilled production technicians, and artists. For academic writing, graduate internships are available. For media production, undergraduate internships are available.

          Our teams are hand-selected for each project. For example, projects for younger students may require a fusion of experts and teachers to allow us to coordinate content to specific assessment standards whilst creating content that enables students to “apply, demonstrate, and do” as critical measures of learning and understanding. Projects undertaken in extreme environments also require the fusion of uniquely skilled experts. Regardless, the one unifying facet of expertise and experience shared by our colleagues is the ability to present complex topics in formats designed to stimulate critical thought and excite a diverse spectrum of audience interests.

          Because of the global diversity of our work, we specifically seek potential colleagues who are fluent in multiple languages, or who have substantial life and work experience in diverse, unique, and challenging environments. It is our experience that such colleagues offer skills and unique perspectives that stimulate critical thought and excite a diverse spectrum of audience interests.
